Privacy Protocol

1. Data Collection & Sovereignty

The AI Who's Right Analysis Bureau ("The Bureau") collects only the data explicitly submitted by users for the purpose of dispute resolution. This includes text logs, screenshots, and user testimony.

2. Evidence Processing

All submitted evidence is processed via our proprietary AI engine. Data is ephemeral by design; once a Clarity Report is generated and the session expires, raw data is purged from our active processing nodes unless preservation is explicitly requested by the user.

3. Zero-Knowledge Sharing

The Bureau does not sell, trade, or transfer your conflict data to third parties. Your disputes remain strictly between you, the opposing party, and the Bureau's adjudicating algorithm.

4. Cookie Usage

We use minimal technical cookies solely to maintain session state during the analysis process. No tracking pixels or advertising cookies are deployed within the Bureau interrogation environment.
